Most items are made just as unique as you, so they can not be exactly replicated!

In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. When will I receive my Case?

The XO Design cases are made to order. That means once you order your case, it's created with care from the beginning. So please expect at least 1-2 weeks for you to receive your case. From mailing delays all the way to possibly making a mistake when creating your case, anything could happen.

Shipping Policy

Once you place your order It can take me 3-5 days to complete your order based on your design or quantity of cases purchased. I use standard first class shipping for domestic orders. This shipping can take up 5 days. Due to covid-19 there may be some delays.

Refund Policy

Each case is customizable and made just for you. No other case is exactly like yours, due to that returns and refunds are not accepted. Please be sure to choose the correct options when ordering your case. I will email you if I have any questions. Some exceptions may apply, please contact me for any questions.
